Relying solely on personal experience to estimate chemical additions may result in inconsistent water chemistry. To prevent water chemistry from fluctuating between corrosive and basic conditions which can dramatically reduce the lifespan of pool equipment and plaster it is essential to collect and analyze accurate water samples.
Setting a New Standard with Accurate Sampling and dozing
Our distinctive approach to water sampling is what sets us apart. At the start of every service, we collect water samples from a minimum depth of 18 inches, ensuring the sample accurately reflects the pool’s condition. This method provides a solid foundation for managing pool chemistry reliably and maintaining balanced water. We then employ a digital photometer to accurately test your water. Finally, the exact amount of chemicals needed are calculated by a sophisticated App that follows the LSI methodology and then added to the water, there is no guessing, no mistakes.
Introducing the Orenda Maintenance Enzyme Balance
To achieve optimal water quality, pools are treated weekly with carefully measured doses of CV-600 or CV-700, CE-Clarifier, SC-1000, and, when necessary, PR-10000. Dosages are determined by key factors found during the water test, thus guaranteeing the highest possible water quality for your specific needs.
Delivering Exceptional Pool Service
Each week, we complete that scheduled maintenance by brushing the pool and spa plaster, vacuuming, emptying and washing the pump and skimmer baskets. Depending on your requirements, some pools, particularly those without screened enclosures, may need additional attention, and the cost is calculated based on the season and the additional time needed to complete that visit.
With your weekly maintenance package, we will also complete weekly and monthly tasks: replacing the skimmer basket’s strainer sock, cleaning the cartridge filter and its housing, and checking all exposed pipe and equipment connections for leaks, and finally running your lights and heater quarterly to make sure the pool is ready when you are.
